BEAM stands for better access to and integration of mental health and addiction services through navigation. The BEAM study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of implementing the Family Navigation Project (FNP) in Sudbury-Manitoulin.

For Families

At FNP, family members of youth with mental health and/or addictions concerns does not just include immediate biological family. Family may include biological or non-biological immediate or extended family, friends, or others of importance to the youth, who have a role in the youth’s care.

Want to get involved with FNP Sudbury-Manitoulin?

Participate in an Experience-Based Co-Design (EBCD) session to share about your experience and help design the FNP service!

How can I access FNP?

FNP Sudbury-Manitoulin is not yet operational. Stay tuned for updates! 

FNP GTA serves youth ages 11 to 29 experiencing mental health and/or addiction challenges and their families, who live within the Greater Toronto Area (Durham, Halton, Peel, Toronto and York). FNP is a free service. No diagnosis, referral, or OHIP required.
