Get Involved

BEAM stands for better access to and integration of mental health and addiction services through navigation. The BEAM study is aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of implementing the Family Navigation Project (FNP) in Sudbury-Manitoulin.

For Service Providers

The Family Navigation Project (FNP) works closely with service providers. 

FNP staff spend time learning about and connecting with providers and services related to mental health and addictions. 

The navigation team provides consultation for service providers (peer-to-peer consultation) to identify resources that may be helpful for their clients. 

FNP also does meet and greets with local providers and services to learn about available resources and share about our own service. 

Want to get involved with FNP Sudbury-Manitoulin?

Participate in an Experience-Based Co-Design session to share about your experience working in the mental health and/or addictions system and help design the FNP service!

  • Sessions for Indigenous and Manitoulin Island community members will be taking place in Fall 2026. Stay tuned for more details!
